Pablo Cruz has been working in the teaching of drums and percussion for over 15 years.
He uses different and variable methods which can be adapted to suit the needs of each individual student.

The classes take place in his Barcelona studio, which is equipped with a sound system, a PC, and 2 drum-kits and with percussion instruments.

He mostly uses the J.L. Stone’s famous Stick Control method, as well as Ted Reed’s Syncopation, a long with some Gary Chaffee material. But he also uses modern methods such as “play Alongs”, and studies different musical styles.

He also teaches reading and writing of music and basic notions of musical theory.

South-American Percussion Workshop

This workshop can be adapted to private lessons, schools, academies or events.

The idea is to spread knowledge and recognition of South-American instruments and rhythms until now relatively unknown in Europe.
